Questionnaire for Engagement Sessions

The purpose of this questionnaire is for me to get to know the two of you as a couple. It helps me to know what makes you tick as a couple. The more I know about you going into a session, the more likely I’ll know what to look for as far as location suggestions/posing etc. I feel that your pictures should say something about you as a couple! Please cut and paste these into an email and email them to me prior to your Engagement Session!

Reminders:

Please remember, deposits are due on the date of your Lifestyle ($40) and Senior ($50) sessions. Additional balance due when your order is placed. These deposits are applied to your package balance. No pictures will be ordered prior to balance paid in full.

Weddings require a contract signing meeting prior to being scheduled. They also require half of the package price to be paid on that date. The remainder of wedding balances are to be paid in full on or prior to the night of the rehearsal.

Taxes and a standard shipping charge will be added to your order. If you require your portraits to be shipped to your home, rather than standard delivery by me, additional chargest may apply depending individual circumstances.

Returned checks are processed by Resubmitit and are subject to fees.

Please book wedding dates as early as possible as they fill up quickly! Half of Package price due at contract signing 50% of full wedding package price nonrefundable. Weddings are not officially booked until contracts have been signed and deposit has been paid. Wedding cancellations must be received in writing and in person. All cancellations must be confirmed through me before cancellation is official.
Muslin Backdrops are available upon request for formal portraits at the wedding site or reception area. Current color choices are (Multi-tone): Blue, Green, Brown, Grey, (or) Solid: BlackI attend and photograph the wedding rehearsal for each wedding I photograph.I bring a second photographer with me to most weddings.I combine full color, color touch, B&W &a; Sepia images in wedding albums. Most images are printed on E-Surface professional papers, however I occasionally include select prints on metallic or true black and white papers.
Minor retouching is included in the price of your package.Your proofs will all be printed on professional quality paper from a professional lab and will have order numbers on the back of each for your convenience.

Additions and Options:

Post Honeymoon Session:  Session can be added to any wedding package for $150.  Put your wedding day attire back on, choose an outdoor location and get those personalized shots that you just didn't have time for on your wedding day.  Your imagination can take these pictures to amazing levels!

• online proofing so that family members can view your proofs as well.

Large Hanging Banners
Large hanging banner (2.5 feet x 6 feet) with custom designed image/images from your Engagement Session presented in a large/economy format.  Stands can be borrowed from me for 1 day in order to make a big statement.  Great decoration for the corners of a reception hall!

Custom Photo Invitations

Whether you need announcments for your senior graduation or invitations for the open house afterwards, these will set you apart from the rest of your class.

These are available for $65.00 per set of 25 5x7 folded greeting cards. These are folded, on Linen paper and include envelopes. These invitations are unique, you choose your favorite poses from your session, you choose your own wording and we custom design an invitation for you! Quotes for alternative sizes and styles (ex. Accordian fold cards) and matching thank you cards are available upon request.
