Last month was a very busy month. The majority of my afternoon time was spent shooting in the glorious Autumn light. Most of my mornings consisted of one thing...editing. Needless to say I'm behind once again on my blog.
Even though this was a few weeks ago, I'm still gonna try to catch up!
When Dawn contacted me she told me that we have one chance to get these pictures this fall, because her son lives very far away and only gets to come back home to visit on special occasions. (I do believe this was his Birthday weekend) Anyways, it was 10-10-10, a Sunday and we were just praying for no rain.
When I got up that morning I was so happy to see a dry day in store for us. We were scheduled to meet at a park, normally almost deserted on Sundays, except for the occasional picnicking family. I didn't even think about the date being a problematic factor in our equation! First location we tried...WEDDING!
Second location....WEDDING...AGAIN! Lesson learned...always factor in odd dates! ( I totally should have figured this out on my own!)
Anyways, we ended up just kind of finding a pretty spot and going with it...I think it worked out just fine though!
